It seems to me that most of the posted blogs are always of a serious nature and as such I just wanted to digress just a little bit and keep my blog light hearted.
To those students that are preparing for or have already started with exams good luck! My mom always told me that "all work and no play makes Jack a dull boy" so play hard but also study hard.

There is nothing more stimulating than being in the company of really good friends. Over the years, I have noticed that in essence your character is determined by the friends that you spend most of your time with.
Take me for instance, I am rather a reserved individual. The friends I used to hang around with in school were also rather reserved.

Its Friday! I am pretty sure that some of the students that are currently busy with writing and preparing for exams need a break, just for a moment, or is it a brake?

Living in a dynamic world I often wonder what things would have been like if the world was static! I mean if the Earth did not rotate about its axis large parts of the world would have sunshine, while some parts would be in total darkness altogether.
Moving away from that imagine if technology did not advance as rapidly as it has in the past decades, if not millenia! Humankind would definitely be backward!
As an after thought, the only thing constant is change, so never be stagnant in your ways but embrace change.

Just the other day I went to do some shopping and man I always cringe when the thought of me having to go shopping pops up.
Shopping is supposed to be therapeutic, (which it probably is for some people), with me however it is anything but that.
The thought of people bumping into you without having the decency to apologize or at the worst case scenario, when shopping trolleys are "strategically parked" such that there is a "traffic jam" within an aisle and the culprit is on the other end of the aisle.
Please, instead of being self-centered, be considerate.
The was in no means an att

This has been in my thoughts for awhile now, all to often I see dads driving with their kids (by kids i mean any child that is at the oldest 5 years old), on their laps.
I also happen to see moms driving around with the kids standing on the seats.
I found those acts disturbing, I was hoping to get some feed back from the other Vuma! bloggers.

Lately I have noticed that most of the blogs have been about relationships and as such I was wondering if it is possible to create a forum on Vuma! whereby people that need help or advice with regard to relationships could blog?

In view of the school killing that happened on the 19 August 2008, I ask myself are schools properly geared up in terms of security?

I hope that I do not offend any of my fellow bloggers with this post. I have noticed that most of the blogs posted, are in capital letters which is considered "rude" or it equates to verbal yelling.
I have also noticed that most of the posts are in "shorthand English" which is great if you are on MXit or if you send an SMS, however when you blog in shorthand English, the blog tends to be sloppy.

For those who are curious, about the title of my post, I have been a member of Vuma! for 1 year and 1 day.
I am however very disappointed mainly because of my sporadic blogging. Consistency has been my weak point when it comes to adding posts to my blog.
On a lighter note, are there any other bloggers that have been members of Vuma! for more than a year?
