  • 'TIS NOT WHERE WE'RE COMING FROM THAT MATTERS, 'TIS WHERE WE'RE GOING

    Staff's picture

"It is not the condition of the family you hail from that determines your success in life. It is your determination to learn, learn and always keep on learning; and your determination to keep on improving yourself that will let you rise above the crowd." Graca Machel.

  • FAITH

    Staff's picture

Faith cannot be destroyed, faith can only be abandoned.

  • WHERE MEN GO WRONG WHEN IT COMES TO WOMEN

    Staff's picture

Some call me opionated, others afford me the honour of being idealistic.
But my observation of how we men fall for women, although I've not had
the privilege of experiencing this; is based on sinking sand: looks and
body curves ... Few men if any, take time to search for the inner
person. That's my observation and I ho...ld no reservations whatsoever.
    Hope I won't follow suit!

  • I WILL LIVE IF I WILL

    Staff's picture

As long as there is life, there is hope. We should not lose the will to
live. By virtue of us being alive; it means there is something set out
for us to accomplish. Of this I'm convicted.

  • WHY REPENT?

    Staff's picture

"The days are coming," declares the Sovereign LORD, "when I will send famine through the land - not a famine of food or a thirst for water, but a famine of hearing the words of the LORD. Men will stagger from sea to sea and wander from north to east, searching for the word of the LORD, but they will not find it." Amos 8:11, 12 (NIV).

  • THERE'S GREATNESS IN EVEN MINUTE THINGS IN LIFE

    Staff's picture

Insight: Just as Blake saw the universe in a grain of sand, great scientists have often looked for clues to vast and complex problems in the small, familiar phenomena of daily life. Isaac Newton reached insights about the heavens by juggling wooden balls and Einstein contemplated a boat paddling upriver. I'm slowly, but surely changing my outlook on life, too.

  • KEY TO SUCCESS

    Staff's picture

No horse goes anywhere unless that horse is harnessed. No steam or gas drives any engine until it is confined. No Niagara falls ever made the first watt of electricity until it was focused and tunneled. And no life ever grows great until it is disciplined and dedicated.

  • A WOMAN'S LOVE; NOTHING IN COMPARISON CAN ONE FIND

    Staff's picture

Nothing on planet earth can compare with a woman's love (emphasis on the singular: a woman's love). It's kind and compassionate, patient and nurturing, generous and sweet and unconditional; pure. That's a woman's love - it stands the test of time, logic and all circumstance. I have experienced it not, though, and I'm i...n no hurry to do so; but of this I'm convicted. This I put forth.

  • WHY MOST OF US WON'T GO TO HEAVEN

    Staff's picture

"Not everyone who says to me, 'Lord, Lord,' will enter the kingdom of heaven, but only he who does the will of my Father who is in heaven. Many will say to me on that day, 'Lord, Lord, did we not prophesy in your name, and in your name drive out demons and perform many miracles?' Then I will tell them plainly, 'I never... knew you. Away from me, you evildoers!'" (Matthew 7: 21 - 23, NIV).

  • WHAT I NEED

A girlfriend he wants not. A wife he needeth.
