Public Indecency

While walking around campus on my way to the office this morning I remembered something noteworthy. This past Sunday while at a family gathering I read a really disturbing article about the public indecency as displayed by the students of the University of Johannesburg (RAU) in the Metro section of the Sunday Times. For those who did not get the opportunity to read the article, some students were reported to be unshamedly engaging in sexual activities in broad daylight, (but wait it gets better), in the infamous Panty Valley close to the high rise Kruinsig Ladies Residence! I can only imagine what the Ladies that reside in Kruinsig are thinking.

I just wanted to know as a person what goes through one's mind when one just decides to engage in activities of a sexual nature and in full view of other people. Finally I justed to get some feedback from the Vuma bloggers with regard to the moral fabric of society.
